Software Training
Grow your software skills and career
Whether you’re new to Mindbody or a longtime user, the Mindbody Learning Center has something for you—it's for anyone who wants to level up their software knowledge. Build your skills and expand your career with our software training and certification program.
Getting started with the Learning Center
Using self-paced online training—articles, interactive lessons, and videos—take a deep dive into different areas of the software. For each course you complete, you can take knowledge checks, progressing toward becoming Mindbody Certified.
Dynamic lessons
Our training modules are built to be engaging and fun. We use interactive elements, bite-sized videos, and helpful visual aids to help guide you on your path to becoming a Mindbody expert.
You can explore courses at your own pace, choosing the modules most relevant to you.
Role-based collections & certifications
Role-based collections are curated curriculums built for different Mindbody users, from front desk staff to business owners. As you pass the knowledge checks in eligible courses, the Learning Center tracks your progress toward becoming certified for your role. Once you’re certified, you can share your certificate to your social media or LinkedIn profile.
Frequently asked questions
- Does becoming certified require that I take all the courses in order?
No. While there is a recommended order to complete the courses in a role-based collection, they can be completed in any order.
- Can I take courses without getting certified?
Yes. If you just want to learn more about the software without seeking certification, just skip the knowledge checks.
- Is an account required to access courses?
No. You can take courses without an account, but you can’t save your progress. If you want to complete knowledge checks and move toward becoming certified, you would create a Learning Center account to track your progress and store your earned certificates. (This standalone account is separate from a Mindbody site login.)
- What’s the exam format for becoming certified?
In every course required for a certification, there will be one or more knowledge checks of 5–15 questions. These brief exams are open book, to simulate the resources you’d have available at work, and a passing score is 75% or more. Once you’ve completed all the required knowledge checks, your certificate will be added to your account profile to be viewed and printed out. Certificates are valid for one year, after which you can retake the knowledge checks to re-certify.
