Business app: Manage client progress with Progress Notes

For Mindbody Business app users • Available in all regions 

Whether in the office or on the move, you can now capture Progress Notes right in the Mindbody Business app. Simply open the appointment you want to update and scroll down to “Progress Notes” to start. Mindbody app: Improve discoverability for new clients

The odds of clients finding your business on the Mindbody app are now better than ever—we’ve added 23 new subcategories for your classes and appointments. This update offers more precise classification of offerings that didn’t previously fit into the available tags. Get to know more about categories and subcategories.

Lead Management: Filter leads more easily by channel

Contracts: Simplify contracts with automated pre-sale adjustments

For all Mindbody users • Available in all regions 

Easily manage pre-sale contracts for your new studio or class. Save time managing flexible or unspecified future start dates with this new automation. If you update a pre-sales contract start date, we’ll automatically update your autopay schedules, then notify your clients for you! Learn how to create a new pre-sales contract.

API: Book faster with an enhanced endpoint

For all Mindbody public API users • Available in all regions 

A new enhancement has been added to the Get Bookable Items endpoint, allowing developers and customers to access staff and resource availability in a single request. This simplifies the booking process, reducing system load and delivering a smoother experience for your clients.
