Description

Come bask in our signature bass-and-bliss fueled weight training. Our Certified Trainers utilize a variety of equipment: dumbbells, bands, ankle weights, cables, medicine balls, and more - to give you a full-body sculpting workout in under an hour. From warm-up to cooldown, we provide a spacious and welcoming environment for you to be challenged, encouraged, and a little pampered. Our small group training sessions are up to 8 participants to 1 personal trainer, so you can expect feedback on your form and individual coaching. Our Certified Trainers design these workouts with a woman's physique, performance, and health goals in mind, so you can leave fueled by endorphins, a great pump, and be sore in all the right places. ;) Our regulars feel all these short term benefits plus the results of following a thoughtfully designed monthly training program with weekly progressions.
