Description

Strength Essentials is a Semi Private Personal Training program. The focus on this particular day is on shoulder and back development. Typical session flow will start out with stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body for the upcoming workout. Then we proceed to our primary focus, "STRENGTH TRAINING" using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Cardiovascular interval training is also incorporated for a great fat burning effect!
