Description

Hot yoga flow is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. This one hour class combines hatha and vinyasa yoga for the best of both worlds! Expect a slower pace and longer controlled holds at the beginning of class before we move into a one breath-one movement pace. We’ll work on a variety of poses for a well-rounded full body (and mind!) workout that will build strength and increase flexibility, endurance, mental clarity, and balance. Modifications and variations will be offered to fit each students needs. (heated to 90-95 degrees)
