Description

A 50 minute class that utilities TRX, free weights and reformer Pilates to achieve a whole body workout! This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If this is your first class, or you are new to Pilates, please sign-up for a reformer flow level 1.0 class before trying this class. We recommend 10 reformer flow level 1.0 classes before attending this class.
