Description

This really is yoga for everybody. Whether you’re new to yoga and need a friendly-yet-challenging place to practice, or you’re a lifelong yogi who feels like moving a little more mindfully – this class is for you. Warm Slow Flow Yoga allows you to move slowly and intentionally through intelligent sequences, working towards a peak pose. Taking place in a warm room, and therefore can be pregnancy friendly*, this is a thoughtful practice guided by our breath and one of our famously curated CorePlus playlists. *We welcome pregnant students to this warm class (no hot classes unfortunately!) as long as you are generally well, used to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your health care professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive, so they can make any relevant modifications. CorePlus classes always start and end on time. In fact, it’s something we really pride ourselves on! We recommend arriving at the studio a few minutes before the start of class to set yourself up for a fun and fuss-free experience. The studio doors are locked whilst classes are running, and unfortunately there is no late entry. While we know that life sometimes happens, and you may be running late, we aren’t able to hold the class start time, or accept cancellations over the phone or on email.
