About the class

Description

Zone45 is a training session led by our Certified Personal Trainers. This session will have you pushing your limits through various high intensity intervals. We focus on elevating your heart rate early on in the session, and maintaining that elevated heart rate to condition your body and maximize your caloric burn. This session will challenge you mentally and physically as you are guided through strength movements properly with our Trainers. You'll create an EPOC effect leaving the class, creating a caloric burn that will last 48-72 hours post workout!
