He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education at Adelphi University, graduating Cum Laude. He is the New York State Director… of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and an active member of the The American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD), and New York State Alliance for Health Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance (NYSAHPERD). He has attended state, regional, and national level conferences and conventions and found himself on both sides of the podium, presenting at the 2011- 2013 NYS AHPERD Nassau Zone Conferences, the 2011 and 2013 NSCA New York Annual State Clinics, and the 2013 NYS AHPERD New York State Clinic. I’m not fond of being serious, but I’m passionate about the power of physical activity and healthy eating to transform your life. I walk the talk as a powerlifter, having totaled 1145lbs in the 198lb weight class. When I’m not under the bar, I perform with the South Shore Symphony Orchestra, eat anything with avocado or steak, and compare Dumbledore and Gandalf. I also give fantastic hugs.
