Mackenzie Briskie

Mackenzie uses her experience as a collegiate strength & conditioning coach and powerlifting athlete to create individualized programs for each client. With the goal of meeting individuals where they’re at and helping them improve each day, Mackenzie utilizes physical and mental training techniques to boost performance in all areas of life. She comes to us after being an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
