With 18 years of experience in the industry, we specialise in a range of training areas including strength and conditioning, rehab, functional training, sports specific training, weight loss, and nutrition. Bare Bones approach to personal training is centered around four pillars of health: strength, nutrition, recovery, and mindfulness. These pillars are essential in providing effective and motivating programs that are both pain-free and achievable for all of my clients. Our goal is to help build a foundation of smart and quality training that fits your individual needs and preferences.
