I had a great time at the Bodyweight Strengthening class! Mike was so encouraging, helpful, and involved. I’m just getting back into fitness and training, but Mike really pushed me to my max!

This was a great class! The industry needs this gym, this attitude, and Animal Flow!!! I'll be back, many times! Challenging the mind and body at the same time is a game changer that most of us seem to grow out of after learning all the "linear" forms of motion and exercise...

Body Practice positions itself uniquely with its focus on bodyweight exercise and Animal Flow. I am amazed each visit that Animal Flow is accessible to ALL levels of fitness, whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete. Every class leaves me feeling challenged yet accomplished. The Body Practice community is fantastic – supportive and encouraging! Highly recommend for Denverites looking to improve their fitness in a functional and fun way.

Taking Animal Flow from the creator of Animal Flow is truly the best possible case-scenario! Not only does Mike have the most knowledge and skill of the practice, he also provides a warm and supportive environment for Flowists of all levels. What a wonderful practice and opportunity to learn from the creator himself!
