Wasn't sure what to expect. I'm not in my best shape but was able to keep up....kinda :). Felt like I worked the whole body & got the heart rate up. Will definitely be back!

absolutely loved it. this was my first ever yoga class and I enjoyed it so much. great atmosphere and wonderful instructor!
