You don't have to be a boxer to train like one at Deland Boxing and Fitness We offer 1 hour full body workout that incorporates boxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. Increase your aerobic capacity, improve your strength and agility and learn self defense. This is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
