About the studio

Description

Shana Fit offers 30 small group classes a week that consist of full body strength training and cardio. Sunday classes are strictly strength training! The classes can hold 4-10 people per 50-60 minute session. You will be coached through intervals during the cardio portion, and will have guidance and instruction during the strength section of the workout. Every workout consists of full body movements using dumbbells, TRX suspension trainer, a BOSU, resistance bands, medicine balls, Woodway treadmills and a Peloton bike. No two workouts are ever the same! In addition to a highly effective workout and an incredible atmosphere, the members and the community are like no other fitness studio around!

So happy to be back in the gym with Shana! This program has the best vibe and I’m never bored. It is truly ‘personal’ training- Shana pays attention to every client’s ability and makes weight recommendations and applauds when you push yourself on the treadmill. The music is fun and loud and the other clients are encouraging and kind. It’s a great place to start the day, and a nice family to be a part of!

Liana’s strength class class kicked my butt (in the best way)!! It was challenging but SO fun. Liana did a great job keeping everyone motivated and on track. I can’t wait to take more of these classes!

Still obsessed with these classes! I love how encouraging and energetic the coaches are! I love that they care about your form and will correct you if needed! I started bringing my husband and he also enjoys the classes!😊💪🏻

Such a great combination of strength and cardio! The camaraderie of the members is unmatched. Everyone is very friendly and supportive of each other. Exercises can be modified to fit your specific needs. I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Would highly recommend!
