808 Barre + Pilates is a new fitness studio in Kailua offering small group classes both at the barre + on the reformer. My goal is to empower individuals to find their strength, find their healing and find a community to grow with together. Whether you're a beginner, are working through an injury or are an advanced student, my classes are designed to challenge and inspire you. Taking both barre + reformer classes will change + challenge your body.
