I liked that we weren’t in one station for too long. Michael is also good at checking in with me about my previous injury.

Instructor is still new, so understand getting footing. Energy was somewhat low— transitions were confusing and communication made it hard to know what we were doing. Consensus among those around us was heart rates and splat were a little low as result.

Amazing first class with Chandlyr. Super clear instructions especially on treadmill make it easier to focus on those keywords (base, push etc) and allow easier focus on the run! Big fan. Look forward to her class again.

Ashley was AMAZING as always. Her music is perfect— straight bop after bop. I can’t feel my legs or butt. I’m always in such a good mood after her classes!!! We love an uplifting queen.

Coach Ashley took the time to give me advice to improve my rowing form during class, which I really appreciated.
