About the studio

Description

The class is limited to only 9 people and is broken up into 3 rounds. 1st round is about 15-20 min on the Rower focusing on form and drills and then about 10 min stretches/core exercises. 2nd round is about 7-10 min performing distance sprints and timed sprints at different intensities. followed by sports specific dumbbell exercises to make you a stronger, more powerful Rower.
