- Can I import data from another software?
Yes, we provide data conversion from your previous system if you’re converting data from an established software product. Conversion of many data types is free, so contact a sales rep and ask how we can help you transfer to Mindbody.
- What are your technical support hours?
For all of our subscribers, our Support Center is updated daily and provides online walkthroughs of each feature. Mindbody provides unlimited technical support for the life of your subscription, and you can access online support 24/7. If you need extra help, we're available whenever you need us via phone, chat, or email.
- Beyond technical support, how can I get ongoing help with the software?
We offer Professional Services, which allow you to build a relationship with a product expert who gets to know your business through regular 1-on-1 consultations and help you get the most out of our software.
- Can someone set up the software for me?

- How many logins are included in my plan?
You get unlimited users per location. Unlike other software, you aren’t charged per user—we don’t charge more as you build your team. Your subscription price increases based on adding new locations and not adding new people to existing locations.
- Can I get listed on the Mindbody app?
Listings on the Mindbody app—our exclusive consumer app with 3M+ active users—are free and available to all Mindbody customers.
- Which Mindbody plan is most appropriate for my business needs?
The best Mindbody plan depends on the size of your business (small to medium-sized or multi-location enterprise) and how fast you want to grow (basic tools vs. marketing + automation).

Mindbody’s total cost depends on three things: your base plan, premium add-ons, and any transaction-related fees tied to payments. Here’s a breakdown of each:
- Base plan: Monthly subscription price (per location) for core tools like scheduling, online booking, and client management.
- Add-ons: Optional upgrades like a branded mobile app and Attentive SMS & Email, which come included in some plans.
- Transaction fees: Standard processing fees that apply when you accept payments, send text messages, use certain integrations, or when a new client discovers you on the Mindbody app—all depending on what you turn on.
In short, your total price is the plan you pick—plus any extras you add and any fees tied to how you sell and get paid.
- Am I locked into a contract with Mindbody? What is the process for cancellation?
It depends on your plan and billing terms, including any promotions you signed up for.
Cancellation is usually handled in your account or through Support and may require advance notice based on your agreement (for example, canceling before your next billing date).
