Easily contact leads with VoIP
Call workflows just got simpler. Now, when you click a phone number on a lead card, you can choose your preferred VoIP app and save time by calling prospects directly. This update also allows CTAs to open other Mindbody pages in the same tab, streamlining navigation.
Enhance your Facebook integration
You no longer need to manage separate Facebook pages for each location. Save time and gain more control over Facebook ad campaigns by linking a single Facebook page to one or multiple studios, seamlessly routing leads to the right location. Learn how to integrate your Meta leads.

Client verification: Simpler sign-up process for new clients

Account verification is now faster and easier than ever, with industry-standard security. Instead of email links, new clients can verify their accounts with a quick 6-digit passcode—helping them get started in no time!
APIs: Improved workflow, bulk booking, and increased capabilities
For all Mindbody users • Available in all regions
Enhance workflow management with appointment requests
The updated AddAppointment endpoint introduces a new parameter for appointment requests, allowing appointments to be submitted as "requests" instead of waitlisting entries. This unlocks features like request visibility and flags, improving usability and workflow management for businesses that rely on requested appointments.
Save time with bulk appointment booking
The new AddMultipleAppointments endpoint allows developers to book multiple appointments in a single request, reducing integration complexity and improving efficiency. Each appointment is processed individually, making sure that bookings are successful even if one request fails.
Simplify class spot reservations
A new autoAssignSpot parameter eliminates the need to manually select the number of spots for class reservations. This update makes the booking experience faster and smoother for clients who prefer automatic spot assignments. With the new autoConfirm parameter, the class spot is automatically confirmed, without the need to call the /confirm endpoint.
Add notes to class schedules
Customers can now add notes to class instances of the schedules, making it easier to manage high-volume bookings or themed events. This capability is accessible through a Public API endpoint, exposing ClassNotes in the GetClasses response, allowing notes to be updated and retrieved with existing schedule data.
Webhook enhancements
The new clientMembershipAssignment.cancelled webhook event is triggered when a client membership sale is voided, keeping businesses up to date with real-time client membership changes for better management and reporting.
The client.updated webhook event now tracks when relationships are added or removed from client profiles, providing greater accuracy and visibility for client management.
Improved public API capabilities
The POST ReturnSale endpoint has been enhanced to allow sales returns as account credit, supporting a wider range of payment types beyond the "Comp" method.
The GET Products endpoint now includes a secondary category parameter, available as both a filter and a response property. This facilitates more detailed product categorization and sales configuration.
The POST CheckoutShoppingCart endpoint now accepts a notes field for product sales. This freeform string (up to 255 characters) allows customers to include additional information related to sold products.
API improvements and fixes are available in the developer portal release notes.
