As we continue to innovate, Mindbody is excited to bring you the best tools and features that will help your business run better. Here's a sneak peek at what's on the horizon: 

Improved reporting with the new Analytics dashboard

Coming soon for all Mindbody users • Available in all regions • Class and appointment-based businesses 

Get ready: Our revamped business intelligence tool, Analytics 2.0, is on the way! Currently in Beta, this new tool will provide dynamic insight into the health of your business starting with the summary overview page. Dive into data with specific dashboards for sales, visits, and membership metrics to access key numbers in an instant. 

Analytics 2.0 makes it so you can experiment with real-time filters, which configure data views on the fly. This tool will offer actionable insights that are easy to export for further analysis, so you can more accurately measure business performance. 

Priority class waitlist & class booking

Coming soon for all Mindbody users • Available in all regions • Class-based businesses  

Enhance your member-exclusive offerings with our upcoming priority waitlist and early booking options. You’ll be able to give members priority on class waitlists over non-members or grant early booking access for members following the rolling booking window. This will add significant value to existing memberships and will allow you to set up differentiated membership tiers while helping you boost recurring revenue. 

Branded mobile app notifications, milestones, & invite a friend

Coming soon for all Branded mobile app users • Available in all regions • Class-based businesses 

Keep your members engaged with updated push notifications, self check-in, and new client milestones. These milestones will show their attendance progress right in the app, providing a sense of accomplishment and motivating them to keep coming back.  

Clients will also be able to check-in through their app once they arrive at your business. This continuous engagement is key to building a loyal client base and enhancing retention. Plus, they’ll soon be able to invite a friend to join them in class when booking, which helps to expand your reach to potential new members. 

Mindbody app payments & web optimizations

Coming soon for all Mindbody users • Available in all regions • Class and appointment-based businesses 

Exciting changes are coming to the app! First, we'll soon require credit card capture for the “book now; pay later” setting to ensure that you get paid for late-cancellation and no-shows, helping you maximize your revenue. 

Second, we’ll be improving how users give feedback, making it simpler for clients to leave and read reviews.  

Third, we'll be adding more details to storefront pages, so consumers have the info they need to book your services. 

Lastly, we're working to redesign our promoted intro offers (PIO) page to make it easier for potential members to connect with your business.  

Business app recurring appointments & SOAP note additions

Coming soon for all Mindbody users • Available in all regions • Appointment-based businesses 

Changes to the Business app are also coming soon. You’ll be able to book recurring appointments and manage SOAP notes, making it more convenient and functional for your daily operations. These updates will improve the app’s usability and support your business's needs on the go. 

Redesigned branded web schedule widget

Coming soon for Mindbody branded web users • Available in all regions • Class-based businesses 

Our improved schedule widget is on the way, bringing a host of changes to elevate your client experience. The optimized user interface will offer a sleek, intuitive design that you can tailor to your brand. This includes the option to add images of your instructors, making it easier for clients to navigate and book classes.  

The integrated pick-a-spot feature will also make it convenient for clients to schedule and secure their preferred place in class. You can also customize the room layout with equipment-specific icons for a tailored booking experience.  

Appointment management upgrades

Coming soon for Mindbody branded web users • Available in all regions • Appointment-based businesses 

Get ready for streamlined appointment management on the branded web widget! Soon, you'll be able to buy tailored service add-ons based on the appointment type when booking and schedule multi-service appointments. 

You’ll also be able to control which changes trigger a notification. All booking info for rescheduled appointments will be included in auto emails and reminders.
