Simplify scheduling & easily book add-ons

Schedule appointments and book add-ons, all in one go. You can now select add-ons directly from the calendar when making an appointment. This eliminates having to create them manually and simplifies the booking process.
Link add-ons by appointment type

Manage add-ons by associating them with certain types of appointments. Add-ons can automatically be linked to services so they’re easier to find on your appointments calendar. This saves time and makes booking more efficient—learn more about add-ons on our support page.
Quickly assign multiple pricing options

Add multiple pricing options to appointment types with the “Assign and Add Another” button. Instead of assigning prices individually, you can add them all in one shot, saving you time and reducing unnecessary clicks.
Classes: Fill more spots in less time

The new weekly scheduling window creates booking demand and reduces the time it takes to fill classes. This feature complements our existing scheduling windows, making it so you can offer your clients the chance to book their favorite classes a week ahead. Plus, it gives your business more scheduling flexibility.
Corporate dashboard: Automate your franchise fees
For Mindbody Payments users with franchises • Available in the US, CA, UK, and AU
Take the guesswork out of managing franchise fees—our new tool automatically deducts the right amount of funds from your network daily. The franchise fees tool handles fee calculations, directly deposits those fees into your bank account, and allows you to customize rates for each studio.
