Take control over triggering notifications when booking and rescheduling appointments. Be confident your clients are receiving the right communication at the right time, even when add-ons or more than one service is included. Rather than getting multiple notifications, all services will be grouped into one, simple message to reflect their full schedule. This update helps reduce confusion, improve attendance, and minimize manual follow-up.
AI-powered categorization
Creating a new appointment service just got easier! Instead of manually selecting from 400+ subcategories, Mindbody now uses AI to assign the best fit based on the appointment name, business details, and past selections. (If needed, you can edit the subcategory later.)
Client sign-in: Progress tracking now available on the sign-in page
