Kelly's pedal and pump is great! Awesome mix of cardio (spin) and free weights. Beginners and experienced "spinners" welcome!!Great music too!

Like that the class is different every time. Only 30 minutes. Great way to start your day

The class moves quickly. the moves quickly became difficult which was nice. my muscles were shaking in no time, I love the burn. She did a great job instructing and explaining the moves. Isolation is key in this class.
