Prairie Fire Yoga is the first hot yoga studio located in Sauk Prairie, WI. We are passionate about living a healthy and happy lifestyle. We offer a variety of yoga and fitness classes for all levels. We also offer health and wellness services. Yoga is beneficial for both the mind and body. Practicing yoga increases flexibility, muscle tone and strength, improves circulation and posture, and can improve mood and sleep. Yoga can also help relieve stress and renew the body.
